Life is a journey and process, and no heroic feat will be accomplished in one fell swoop. Your victories will be the compounding effect of brave choices made CONSISTENTLY. The slow burn outlook is in direct opposition to the ultra popular instant gratification mindset. By gathering with like minded tribe, we can reinforce these new, healthier beliefs.
